ORDERING
1. Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@xvxchannel.com. Please note that our order processing time during business days is typically 24 hours. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible to prevent the order from being shipped.
If the order cannot be canceled due to late notification, the buyer may contact support@xvxchannel.com after receiving the product to obtain the return address. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.
2. How long does it usually take to process an order?
The standard order processing time is 1-2 business days.
3. How can I get an invoice for my order?
If you need an invoice, please contact support@xvxchannel.com. Please note that we provide a proforma invoice, which does not include tax identification numbers.
4. How can I get a new customer discount?
After registering an account and logging in, you can use the discount code HELLO at checkout to receive 10% off your order.
SHIPPING
1. How long does it usually take from shipping to receiving the goods?
Delivery typically takes approximately 8–15 business days to reach your country, excluding certain remote areas. However, shipping times may occasionally be affected by external factors, which could result in delays.
If you have not received your package within 15 days, please contact us at support@xvxchannel.comfor further assistance.
2. Additional information required for shipping
Brazil: CPF tax number is required.
Taiwan: For orders to Taiwan, the customer must first complete customs declaration via EZWAY. We can ship the order only after the customs declaration is completed.
South Korea: You must provide your personal customs code. The recipient’s name, phone number, and address on the order must match exactly with the information in the Korean customs system. Any mismatch may result in failed customs clearance.
Chile: RUT number is required in the following format: XX.XXX.XXX-X.
Mexico: RFC or CURP is required.
Japan: Recipient name must be a full personal name; company names are not accepted.
Full address must include postal code, prefecture, city/ward/town, street name, and building/house number. Example: 〒170-0002 Tokyo-to, Toshima-ku, Higashiikebukuro 2-8-1
Peru: DNI number is required.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can check the delivery status on the Order Tracking page.

5. Which shipping carriers do you use?
Currently, XVX primarily uses Yun Express and Yanwen Express. For battery-included products shipped to Taiwan, we use SF Express.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
1. 7-Day Return Policy
Products purchased from www.xvxchannel.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging intact
- Unused and in resalable condition
- No damage to the product
- All accessories included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any risks during transit, such as loss or damage. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the packaging and the product itself. If everything is in order, we will refund the payment to the original method within 7 business days, deducting:
- Original shipping fees
- Shopify transaction fee (4%)
- Any applicable customs duties incurred for the return
Note: Returning items to China may incur customs duties, which are typically above 150 CNY.
2. Can I exchange a product?
Currently, exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., product dissatisfaction or not meeting expectations) follow the same procedure as returns.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties that may apply.
3. 1-Year Warranty Policy
We offer a 1-year warranty for our products, starting from the order date.
The warranty covers product defects or damages not caused by human factors.

- A detailed description of the product issue
