Can I customize the key functions?
Yes. The Macro Pad supports VIA, allowing you to freely remap the keys and configure different shortcuts, macros, and functions.
What can I use the Macro Pad for?

What is VIA and how do I use it?
VIA is a powerful keyboard customization tool that allows you to configure your keyboard directly through a web browser without installing traditional software. You can think of it as a web-based driver for your keyboard.
Before using VIA, in addition to connecting your keyboard, you'll also need to load the corresponding JSON file for your keyboard model. You can find the required JSON file in our downloads or on the product page.
Once the JSON file has been loaded successfully, you'll be able to customize key mappings, create macros, adjust lighting settings, and configure many other keyboard functions through VIA.For a more detailed guide on using VIA, please refer to our VIA tutorial blog.
Does the Macro Pad only have 16 usable keys?
No. Although the Macro Pad has 16 physical keys, it supports 10 customizable layers, allowing you to configure different functions for each layer. For example： Layer 0: Video Editing Layer 1: Excel / Office Layer 2: Photoshop Layer 3: Premiere Pro Layer 4: Gaming Layer 5: Streaming …… You can use the knob to switch between layers, giving the 16 physical keys different functions depending on the current layer.
Can the three knobs be remap?
Yes. All three knobs can be fully remapped using VIA. You can assign different functions to each knob for clockwise rotation, counterclockwise rotation, and pressing the knob, giving you up to three customizable actions per knob. Each knob can also be configured differently across layers, allowing you to create dedicated controls for different applications or workflows.
Is this Macro Numpad compatible with macOS?
Yes. It supports multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
