Disclaimer
- Duties: Returning items to China may incur customs duties, which usually exceed 150 CNY.
- Refund amount: XVX processes payments in USD. Your card issuer may charge additional foreign exchange fees. XVX is not responsible for any losses caused by currency conversion.
1-Year Warranty
Warranty Coverage
The following situations are eligible for after-sales warranty or replacement services:
1. Quality issues. Products with obvious severe scratches, cracks, or damages upon receipt.
2. Incorrect or missing items. Missing accessories such as keycap pullers, or receiving a product that differs from the ordered model.
3. Functional issues. Keyboards with stuck keys, non-responsive keys, or products that cannot function properly.
- If your order is within warranty:
Contact XVX within 7 days of receipt. After verification that the issue is not caused by the customer, we will offer a refund or full product replacement.
For orders older than 7 days but within 1 year of purchase, if the issue is verified as not caused by the customer, we will offer PCB replacement (for keyboards) or a partial refund. The refund will not exceed 50% of the actual amount paid.
- If the order is not covered by warranty:
Customer service will provide an explanation and optional paid solutions.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Customer-induced damage. Damage caused by drops, impacts, compression, or using incorrect tools during disassembly.
2. Normal wear and tear. Surface scratches or wear from regular use of keyboards or keycaps.
3. Natural disasters. Damage caused by floods, tornadoes, or other force majeure events.
4. Improper handling or modifications. Defects resulting from disassembly, misuse, incorrect installation, non-authorized repairs/modifications, improper adjustments, negligence, or similar misuse.
5. Non-official purchases. Products not purchased from www.xvxchannel.com are not eligible for warranty.
Apply For Warranty
1. Contact support@xvxchannel.com and provide your order number and product photos.
2. Submit details describing the defect or problem, including photos or videos to help us verify the issue.
3. Official customer service will review your submission within 2–4 business days and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty, then provide an appropriate resolution.
