At present, our standard shipping fees vary depending on the destination country/region and the total order value. As a result, shipping charges may differ by order. Please refer to the table below for detailed pricing information.

Please note that for orders eligible for free shipping, the minimum order amount refers to the actual amount paid by the customer after all discounts and promotions have been applied. Only orders exceeding the specified amount qualify for free shipping.

When will my orders be shipped out?

Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date. 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery typically takes approximately 8–15 business days to reach your country, excluding certain remote areas. However, shipping times may occasionally be affected by external factors, which could result in delays.
If you have not received your package within 15 days, please contact us at support@xvxchannel.com for further assistance.
 

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to your order details. You may check the shipping status via Order Tracking.
 

Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?

Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves.
Note: Due to current customs regulations in Brazil, we are unable to declare packages at a lower value. Undervaluation carries a significant risk of the package being held by customs. For customers in Brazil, if a package is destroyed by customs due to the customer’s failure to complete customs clearance in a timely manner, we will be unable to provide any after-sales support, including reshipment, refund, or replacement.
 

What should I do if the tracking shows my package is being returned to the sender?

This situation usually occurs when the local carrier cannot reach the recipient or the delivery address is incorrect, causing the package to be returned to our overseas warehouse. This process may take up to 30 days.
 
If you receive such a notification, please:
1. Check your shipping information for errors.
2. If there is an error, provide the correct address to support@xvxchannel.com.
 
We will update the shipping information and arrange for redelivery once we receive confirmation from the carrier.
 

What should I do if my package has been shipped but I have not received it?

1. Tracking status not updating:
If the tracking status remains unchanged for an extended period, contact support@xvxchannel.com. We will reach out to the carrier to obtain the latest update and inform you.
 
2. Tracking shows the package has been delivered:
· Check your mailbox or the area near your mailbox.
· The package may have been signed for by a family member or delivered to a neighbor.
· Check your yard or nearby surroundings.
 
3. If you suspect the package has been stolen, please provide the following information to support@xvxchannel.com for prompt assistance:
· Written proof of loss from the carrier
· Relevant video evidence from the delivery site
7-Day Return & 1- Year Warranty

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Products purchased from www.xvxchannel.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt for personal reasons (for example, if you don’t like the product, ordered the wrong product, or the product does not fit).
 

Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories, so that it can be resold.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the package to XVX and any risks during transit, such as loss or damage. 
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the packaging and the product. If everything is in order, we will deduct the original shipping fee, Shopify’s 4% transaction fee, and any duties incurred from the return, and refund the remaining amount to the original payment method within 7 business days.
 

Please note:

Duties: Returning items to China may incur customs duties, which usually exceed 150 CNY.

Refund amount: XVX processes payments in USD. Your card issuer may charge additional foreign exchange fees. XVX is not responsible for any losses caused by currency conversion.

 

 

1-Year Warranty

What issues are covered under warranty?

Warranty Coverage:

The following situations are eligible for after-sales warranty or replacement services:

1. Quality issues. Products with obvious severe scratches, cracks, or damages upon receipt.

2. Incorrect or missing items. Missing accessories such as keycap pullers, or receiving a product that differs from the ordered model.

3. Functional issues. Keyboards with stuck keys, non-responsive keys, or products that cannot function properly.

 

If your order is within warranty:

Contact XVX within 7 days of receipt. After verification that the issue is not caused by the customer, we will offer a refund or full product replacement.

For orders older than 7 days but within 1 year of purchase, if the issue is verified as not caused by the customer, we will offer PCB replacement (for keyboards) or a partial refund. The refund will not exceed 50% of the actual amount paid.

 

If the order is not covered by warranty:

Customer service will provide an explanation and optional paid solutions.

 

What issues are not covered under warranty?

1. Customer-induced damage. Damage caused by drops, impacts, compression, or using incorrect tools during disassembly.

2. Normal wear and tear. Surface scratches or wear from regular use of keyboards or keycaps.

3. Natural disasters. Damage caused by floods, tornadoes, or other force majeure events.

4. Improper handling or modifications. Defects resulting from disassembly, misuse, incorrect installation, non-authorized repairs/modifications, improper adjustments, negligence, or similar misuse.

5. Non-official purchases. Products not purchased from www.xvxchannel.com are not eligible for warranty.

 

How to apply for warranty?

1. Contact support@xvxchannel.com and provide your order number and product photos.

2. Submit details describing the defect or problem, including photos or videos to help us verify the issue.

3. Official customer service will review your submission within 2–4 business days and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty, then provide an appropriate resolution.
