Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery typically takes approximately 8–15 business days to reach your country, excluding certain remote areas. However, shipping times may occasionally be affected by external factors, which could result in delays.

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to your order details. You may check the shipping status via Order Tracking.

Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?

Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves.

Note: Due to current customs regulations in Brazil, we are unable to declare packages at a lower value. Undervaluation carries a significant risk of the package being held by customs. For customers in Brazil, if a package is destroyed by customs due to the customer’s failure to complete customs clearance in a timely manner, we will be unable to provide any after-sales support, including reshipment, refund, or replacement.

What if the tracking shows my package is being returned to the sender?

This situation usually occurs when the local carrier cannot reach the recipient or the delivery address is incorrect, causing the package to be returned to our overseas warehouse. This process may take up to 30 days.

What if my package has been shipped but I have not received it?

If the tracking status remains unchanged for an extended period, contact support@xvxchannel.com. We will reach out to the carrier to obtain the latest update and inform you.

2. Tracking shows the package has been delivered:

· Check your mailbox or the area near your mailbox.

· The package may have been signed for by a family member or delivered to a neighbor.

· Check your yard or nearby surroundings.

3. If you suspect the package has been stolen, please provide the following information to support@xvxchannel.com for prompt assistance:

· Written proof of loss from the carrier

· Relevant video evidence from the delivery site

MU68 FAQs

Why can't I use wireless mode?

Please turn on the power switch before pairing the keyboard in 2.4G or Bluetooth mode.The power switch is located underneath the Caps Lock key. You can use the 2-in-1 keycap and switch puller included in the accessory box to remove the Caps Lock keycap

Why can't I use wired mode after connecting the cable?

If the keyboard was previously connected in wireless mode, it may not automatically switch to wired mode after connecting the cable. Please press FN+T to switch to wired mode.

How do I use the VIA?

VIA is a powerful keyboard customization tool that allows you to configure your keyboard directly through a web browser without installing traditional software. You can think of it as a web-based driver for your keyboard.

Before using VIA, in addition to connecting your keyboard, you'll also need to load the corresponding JSON file for your keyboard model. You can find the required JSON file in our downloads or on the product page.

Once the JSON file has been loaded successfully, you'll be able to customize key mappings, create macros, adjust lighting settings, and configure many other keyboard functions through VIA.For a more detailed guide on using VIA, please refer to our VIA tutorial blog.

Absolutely amazing!!

I love the XVX MU68 from the first sight - the wooden frame and the little sakura charm immediately caught my eye.

Typing on it feels smooth and cushioned, with a soft, pleasant sound that makes long study sessions enjoyable. The compact layout keeps all the essential keys while leaving plenty of desk space. I love how it combines function with aesthetics so effortlessly.

Every time I sit down to work, it makes my setup feel calm, personal, and inviting. 🤍🤍

The wooden case gives it a warm feel, and the keycaps are soft and comfortable. The sound is gentle and thocky in a way that makes typing feel relaxing.

It looks really nice on my desk too kind of adds a calm vibe without trying too hard. Everything feels solid, and it’s been working smoothly with no issues so far. Because the sound is on the quieter, thocky side, it doesn’t get annoying or overwhelming over time.

If you like keyboards that feel warm, comfy, and a bit unique, this one fits that perfectly.

I absolutely love it!

This is my first 65% keyboard, but not my first mechanical keyboard. It feels amazing, it sounds amazing. I may or may not put in silent switches and see what I can do to further mod this keyboard for being as silent as possible. That said, as far as mechanical keyboards go, it's not obnoxiously loud. It's fairly thocky, too.

PROS
- They keys feel great. I love this MOA style. It's so smooth and almost "soft" in a way. It's very comfortable to type on. (I'm typing this review on my fujiwave.)
- For a mechanical keyboard it's not very loud which is nice. It has a pretty nice sound imo. Though I may need to switch out the keycaps for silent switches. We'll see how typing goes at night when everyone else is sleeping.
- It looks exactly as shown. The charm, the wooden base, the keycaps. The charm was very obviously glued together as there's an obvious seam along the side. I don't think most people would notice, but I'm an artist who has dabbled in woodworking, so it was pretty obvious to me. Not sure why they did this, unless it was to hollow it out to keep it light weight? Not sure.
- There IS RGB backlighting for this, which is nice. I didn't think there would be as I didn't see anything about backlighting on the page. I might've missed it.
- The keycaps are nice and solid. The backlight doesn't shine through them, but you still get a nice light under the base of them.
- It is, in fact, hot swappable. Yay!

CONS
- The power button is under the capslock. I HATE this. They showed it in the manual, but I didn't quite understand it as it was just a diagram and I've never had a keyboard that hid the powerbutton under a keycap. But anyway, it's there and I hate it. I'm going to see if it turns off on its own or if I'll have to manually pull off the keycap every time I want to turn the keyboard off and on, or if there's some key combination that puts it to sleep.
- There is no slot for the dongle on the keyboard case, so I'm not really sure what to do with it if I want to use bluetooth... I don't want to risk losing it, so for now I'm just using keyboard in dongle mode.
- Some people might have an issue with the height of the keyboard without an arm rest depending upon their desk's set up. My keyboard is low, so I don't have this issue.

All-in-all, beautiful PC! Well worth the money! In fact, it was $30 cheaper to get this through XVX instead of going for the closest equivalent on Amazon through a different brand. Technically, $60 cheaper because I was planning on buying that other keyboard and then getting these keycaps. So, I'm glad I found this keyboard. I like how it looks more than the alternative one, too.
