Molding

Forming each keycap with precision.The ceramic slurry is pressure-molded into its initial shape. Mold accuracy directly affects the consistency of every keycap before it enters the firing process.

Firing

Start transforming clay into engineering ceramic. Fired at high temperatures to achieve the hardness and density required for daily use. Temperature and firing time are carefully controlled to minimize deformation.

Step 4

Surface Finishing

Different finishes for different applications. Depending on the design, keycaps may receive a traditional ceramic glaze or exclusive Ceramic protective coating. Each finish is selected based on the intended appearance, texture, and typing experience.

Fantastic feeling and looking ceramic keycaps

I ordered the "Noir" version of the keycaps and i am absolutely loving them. The only thing i have remarks on is that t here were no "WIN" key for me as a PC user but it is not a big deal if it says Super on it, it is not like i look at the keyboard when i type anyways.

(Ignore the left shift in the images i put on the wrong keycap at first and put a slightly smaller one on than intended)

Very Smooth Ceramic Keycaps

These keycaps arrived 2 weeks ago and I have loved using them. They are very smooth and cool to the touch. I have a Keychron Q6 Max with Glorious Gaming Kailh brown switches and these work great. The customer service team at XVX has been very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire shipping process.

This is my first ceramic keycaps and they look, sounds and feels good. I did have to change my switch springs to a 22mm + 90g for the bigger keycaps. Springs is included in the box but i didn't use those.
