Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery typically takes approximately 8–15 business days to reach your country, excluding certain remote areas. However, shipping times may occasionally be affected by external factors, which could result in delays.

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to your order details. You may check the shipping status via Order Tracking.

Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?

Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves.

Note: Due to current customs regulations in Brazil, we are unable to declare packages at a lower value. Undervaluation carries a significant risk of the package being held by customs. For customers in Brazil, if a package is destroyed by customs due to the customer’s failure to complete customs clearance in a timely manner, we will be unable to provide any after-sales support, including reshipment, refund, or replacement.

What if the tracking shows my package is being returned to the sender?

This situation usually occurs when the local carrier cannot reach the recipient or the delivery address is incorrect, causing the package to be returned to our overseas warehouse. This process may take up to 30 days.

2. Tracking shows the package has been delivered:

· Check your mailbox or the area near your mailbox.

· The package may have been signed for by a family member or delivered to a neighbor.

· Check your yard or nearby surroundings.

3. If you suspect the package has been stolen, please provide the following information to support@xvxchannel.com for prompt assistance:

· Written proof of loss from the carrier

How to Use the M67 with PS5 or Xbox

The M67 currently supports PS5 in 2.4GHz wireless mode and wired mode.

2.4GHz Wireless Mode

Insert the 2.4G receiver into your PS5.
Wait for the keyboard to connect automatically.
Once connected, the keyboard is ready to use.

Wired Mode

Connect the keyboard to your PS5 using a USB cable.
Press FN + Tab to switch to 6-key rollover mode.
Your keyboard should now work properly with the PS5.

How to Fix Swapped WIN and ALT Keys

If the WIN and ALT keys are swapped, your keyboard is currently in Mac mode.

For Wired Versions

Use the system toggle switch on the keyboard case to switch back to Windows mode.

For Wireless Versions

Press and hold FN + S for 5 seconds to switch to Windows mode
Press and hold FN + A for 5 seconds to switch to Mac mode

Once switched, the WIN and ALT keys will function normally.
