Preparing the foundation of every ceramic keycap.
High-purity alumina ceramic powder is mixed into a uniform slurry before molding. Maintaining consistent material composition at this stage is essential for dimensional accuracy and long-term durability.
Forming each keycap with precision.The ceramic slurry is pressure-molded into its initial shape. Mold accuracy directly affects the consistency of every keycap before it enters the firing process.
Start transforming clay into engineering ceramic. Fired at high temperatures to achieve the hardness and density required for daily use. Temperature and firing time are carefully controlled to minimize deformation.
Different finishes for different applications. Depending on the design, keycaps may receive a traditional ceramic glaze or exclusive Ceramic protective coating. Each finish is selected based on the intended appearance, texture, and typing experience.
Every keycap is individually inspected.
Each production stage includes manual inspection to identify defects before the next process begins. Final quality control verifies dimensions, surface finish, legends, and assembly before packaging.
