In the XVX L75 Air, we focused on three core ideas: refined lighting, build quality, and accessibility.

It brings together our experience in RGB lighting design and IMD keycap innovation with a complete set of features expected from a modern low-profile keyboard.

At its foundation, the L75 Air features a full aluminum case paired with a gasket mounted structure, delivering a solid yet comfortably dampened typing feel for everyday use.

To elevate the visual experience, we introduced our first low profile IMD keycaps, combined with a carefully tuned south-facing RGB layout and front light bars, creating a smoother and more consistent lighting presentation across the keyboard.

When will my orders be shipped out?

Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery typically takes approximately 8–15 business days to reach your country, excluding certain remote areas. However, shipping times may occasionally be affected by external factors, which could result in delays.

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to your order details. You may check the shipping status via Order Tracking.

Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?

Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves.

Note: Due to current customs regulations in Brazil, we are unable to declare packages at a lower value. Undervaluation carries a significant risk of the package being held by customs. For customers in Brazil, if a package is destroyed by customs due to the customer’s failure to complete customs clearance in a timely manner, we will be unable to provide any after-sales support, including reshipment, refund, or replacement.

What if the tracking shows my package is being returned to the sender?

This situation usually occurs when the local carrier cannot reach the recipient or the delivery address is incorrect, causing the package to be returned to our overseas warehouse. This process may take up to 30 days.

If you receive such a notification, please:

1. Check your shipping information for errors.

2. If there is an error, provide the correct address to support@xvxchannel.com.

We will update the shipping information and arrange for redelivery once we receive confirmation from the carrier.

What if my package has been shipped but I have not received it?

1. Tracking status not updating:

If the tracking status remains unchanged for an extended period, contact support@xvxchannel.com. We will reach out to the carrier to obtain the latest update and inform you.

2. Tracking shows the package has been delivered:

· Check your mailbox or the area near your mailbox.

· The package may have been signed for by a family member or delivered to a neighbor.

· Check your yard or nearby surroundings.

3. If you suspect the package has been stolen, please provide the following information to support@xvxchannel.com for prompt assistance:

· Written proof of loss from the carrier

· Relevant video evidence from the delivery site

7-Day Return & 1- Year Warranty

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Products purchased from www.xvxchannel.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt for personal reasons (for example, if you don’t like the product, ordered the wrong product, or the product does not fit).

Return Conditions

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories, so that it can be resold.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the package to XVX and any risks during transit, such as loss or damage.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the packaging and the product. If everything is in order, we will deduct the original shipping fee, Shopify’s 4% transaction fee, and any duties incurred from the return, and refund the remaining amount to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Disclaimer

Duties: Returning items to China may incur customs duties, which usually exceed 150 CNY.
Refund amount: XVX processes payments in USD. Your card issuer may charge additional foreign exchange fees. XVX is not responsible for any losses caused by currency conversion.

1-Year Warranty

Warranty Coverage

The following situations are eligible for after-sales warranty or replacement services:

1. Quality issues. Products with obvious severe scratches, cracks, or damages upon receipt.

2. Incorrect or missing items. Missing accessories such as keycap pullers, or receiving a product that differs from the ordered model.

3. Functional issues. Keyboards with stuck keys, non-responsive keys, or products that cannot function properly.

If your order is within warranty:

Contact XVX within 7 days of receipt. After verification that the issue is not caused by the customer, we will offer a refund or full product replacement.

For orders older than 7 days but within 1 year of purchase, if the issue is verified as not caused by the customer, we will offer PCB replacement (for keyboards) or a partial refund. The refund will not exceed 50% of the actual amount paid.

If the order is not covered by warranty:

Customer service will provide an explanation and optional paid solutions.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Customer-induced damage. Damage caused by drops, impacts, compression, or using incorrect tools during disassembly.

2. Normal wear and tear. Surface scratches or wear from regular use of keyboards or keycaps.

3. Natural disasters. Damage caused by floods, tornadoes, or other force majeure events.

4. Improper handling or modifications. Defects resulting from disassembly, misuse, incorrect installation, non-authorized repairs/modifications, improper adjustments, negligence, or similar misuse.

5. Non-official purchases. Products not purchased from www.xvxchannel.com are not eligible for warranty.

IMD, Made For Light.

The L75 Air features our first IMD low-profile shine-through keycaps, designed to expand both the visual language and keycap possibilities of low-profile keyboards, from Topographic themed design to side-printed and Mac-style legends.

It’s a subtle upgrade in form, but a noticeable difference in everyday use.

Brighter And More Consistent.

The L75 Air uses the same custom-tuned, flicker-free, south-facing RGB LEDs as our M67 Jadetone. We combine these with a transparent, low-profile Air switch and higher-density LED placement to achieve a more even brightness distribution. The larger keys, such as the spacebar, have up to five dedicated LEDs to reduce uneven hotspots.

Full Aluminum Body.

Built from CNC-machined aluminum, the L75 Air combines a narrow-bezel design with a sleek, premium feel. The anodized or electrophoretic finish adds a smooth, skin-friendly surface, while keeping the overall weight light for everyday portability.

Refined Typing. Balanced by Design.

The L75 Air features a gasket-mounted design enhanced by a multi-layer acoustic system that includes a PORON plate foam, an IXPE switch pad, a PET acoustic film, and an EPDM case foam. The dampeners reduce vibrations and unwanted resonance for a more balanced typing experience.

A Subtle Nod To Retro Mac.

The L75 Air Retro Black version draws inspiration from classic Mac keyboards, featuring italicized legends. It's thoughtfully positioned symbols that echo a familiar visual language and optimized for south-facing LED illumination.

Sleek and slim style with a tightly integrated keycap-to-case design, minimizing visible gaps for a cleaner look. The typing angle is carefully tuned to support a more natural wrist position, improving comfort during extended use.

Equipped with custom Jerzzi Air low-profile switches featuring a high-transparency PC housing. The pre-lubed POM stem provides smooth, consistent keystrokes, and the 40 g actuation force ensures comfortable typing over extended periods.
